1.Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of ABC Playhouse, an educational digital application operated by ABC Playhouse LLC, hereinafter referred to as the “Company.”
By purchasing or using the application, you declare that you have read and understood these terms.
If you do not agree with any provision, you must not use the service.

2. Service description

ABC Playhouse offers online access to educational content related to the early stages of literacy, including:

-Learning the alphabet;
-Letter sounds;
-Penmanship and writing;
-Forming words;
-First words and reading;
-Guide for parents.

New content is added weekly, as it becomes available from the Company.
The platform is a supplementary educational resource and does not replace formal schooling or guidance from education professionals.

3. Purchase and duration of access

Access to ABC Playhouse is sold as a one-time purchase, at the price and in the currency displayed at checkout prior to payment confirmation.
Once payment is confirmed, the customer will receive access instructions via the email address provided at the time of purchase.
The access period is 12 months from the date of purchase.
This purchase does not constitute a recurring subscription and does not result in automatic renewal.

4. Digital delivery

The product is made available digitally via an online application.
Access instructions—including the platform link, login, and password—are sent to the email address provided by the customer at the time of purchase.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a valid email address and to check their spam or junk mail folders.
If the instructions are not received, the customer should contact support at support@abcplayhousellc.site.

5. Account and security

The client is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their access credentials and for using the platform appropriately.
The client must notify support of any suspected unauthorized access to their account.
Credentials must not be shared in a way that compromises the security of the service or violates these terms.

6. Permitted use

The application must be used for personal and educational purposes, in accordance with the terms of purchase.
The following is not permitted:

-Copying, reselling, redistributing, or commercializing the content without authorization;
-Reproducing or commercially exploiting materials protected by copyright;
-Attempting to compromise the security or operation of the platform;
-Using the service for illegal activities;
-Using the application in a manner that violates the rights of third parties or applicable law.

7. Educational content and no guarantee of results

The content in ABC Playhouse is intended for educational purposes and to support early literacy.
The Company does not guarantee specific learning outcomes, as each child’s development depends on various individual, familial, and educational factors.
Parents and guardians should supervise the use of the app and assess whether the content is appropriate for the child’s needs.

8. Service availability

The Company strives to keep the application available and functional. However, temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, technical failures, the unavailability of third-party services, or circumstances beyond the Company’s reasonable control.
Where applicable, the Company will endeavor to resolve technical issues within a reasonable timeframe.

9. Refund

Customers may request a refund for any reason within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase.
The conditions and procedure are described in the Refund Policy.
Nothing in these terms is intended to limit mandatory consumer rights provided for under applicable law.

10. Intellectual property

The content, texts, educational materials, visual elements, trademarks, and other components of ABC Playhouse are protected by applicable intellectual property laws, where relevant.
The purchase grants the customer the right to access the application for the contracted period; it does not transfer ownership of the rights to the content.

11. Privacy

The processing of personal data in connection with the application is explained in our Privacy Policy.
When using the service, the customer should consult this policy to understand how their information is collected, used, and protected.

12. Changes to the terms

The Company may update these terms when necessary to reflect changes to the service, procedures, or legal requirements.
The current version will be made available on the website, along with its respective update date.
Changes shall not eliminate mandatory consumer rights, nor shall they retroactively modify purchase terms already agreed upon, where such modification is prohibited by applicable law.

13. Applicable legislation

These terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the legislation applicable to the Company and to the consumer relationship, with due regard for mandatory consumer protection regulations that apply to the agreement.
